Rooted in the soil of Africa, wildlife champion Wayne Bolton, is the only person to have symbolically linked all 19 SANParks National Parks by mountain bike. This journey of 6000kms around South Africa over 80 days, averaging 100kms per day, would not only be an adventure but a journey of hope, self-discovery and vision, resulting in the publication of an inspirational book, The Ride of a Lifetime.

Wayne would go on to complete another two significant expeditions, one linking private rhino-bearing reserves between Port Elizabeth and Mozambique and the second, in 2022, uniting two countries which are very significant to the survival of our rhino - Namibia and South Africa. 

This quest and passion to make a difference for the voiceless rhino gave birth to One Land Love It – a non-profit company with a growing footprint in rhino conservation.

The decision to challenge his own personal limits has given Wayne, an ordinary man, valuable insights and perspective on life. He has faced both adversity and victory – life lessons worth sharing.
